They have soy milk for breakfast where the yogurt and granola is at. Janet the breakfast attendant is attentive in keeping up with the food etc. Hot breakfast starts at 6:00am. Adrian at the front who checked us in and out was friendly and warm. Thank-you!
Reasonable rates, they didn't have a single queen size bed that I wanted though. They sell commonly needed supplies and tioletries in the lobby, a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable.
The desk clerk,Tiara , was exceptional. It was Christmas Eve and they were running with a skeleton crew. When we asked about the hot tub at check in, she went & turned it on to make sure it would be nice & hot for us. The TV didn't work in our room. She came all the way up to the 3rd floor to work on it... with a smile. When she couldn't get it to work, she moved us to a suite. We made our way to the hot tub, and it was HOT... always needed after a long day on the road. Breakfast the next morning was great... eggs, bacon, sausage gravy... plus the usual hotel fare. The gal tending the breakfast area was very welcoming and happy... not grudgingly working on Christmas Day. We did a "Stay & fly", parking and us the airport shuttle which made everything convenient. Will definitely stay here again.
I very much enjoyed my stay recently at this property. The staff was very friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs. They were very responsive to my needs and came across as very professional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. They do a awesome job!
Well kept property and great location to the airport and downtown. Very large breakfast area with multiple options for grab and go or sit down. Room was spacious and plenty adequate as a stopover before catching a flight. The only issue we had was the operation of the HVAC. It would be helpful if all motels had some type of guide. Great place to stay and we would stay again when in the area.
